Order Processing
Each order is carefully prepared at our atelier within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons, slight delays may occur which we will communicate promptly.
Shipping Methods
We offer two refined shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivering within 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS, delivering within 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Customs duties may apply for international orders.
Returns & Exchanges
While we craft each piece to perfection, we understand sometimes a return or exchange may be needed. Our policy mirrors the clarity of our structured blazers.
Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition with tags attached. Please note:
- Final sale items cannot be returned (see exceptions below)
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings or intimate accessories
- All swimwear and lingerie must have original hygiene seals intact
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom-tailored suits & tailoring
- Personalized or monogrammed items
- Clearance items marked “Final Sale”
The Return Process

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Timeline & Methods
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your return. Your funds will be returned via your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exchange Process
For exchanges (subject to availability):
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate your desired exchange item(s) in your email
- We’ll process your exchange once the original item is received
- You’ll be responsible for any price differences and additional shipping fees
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement.
